Vacancies and Volunteering

The SCA is a membership organisation with a wide range of volunteers involved in the overseeing, shaping and running of the organisation, whether that’s volunteers on the Board, on one of around a dozen volunteer groups, or in clubs.

Volunteering is a great opportunity to get more involved in the SCA, meet new people and make a difference to the future of paddlesport in Scotland.

SCA Volunteer Groups

As of January 2024, we have made changes to the structure and operation of SCA committees to better support volunteers and members. These newly formed Volunteer Groups are open for new members on an annual basis. Please find more information on the SCA Volunteer Groups page.

SCA Equality Groups

The SCA is committed to making paddlesport more accessible and in order to guide and assist this work has convened various Equality Groups. We are always seeking individuals who are passionate about opening up our sport to more people to volunteer to join these groups.

If you are interested in being involved in this important work please get in touch: equality@canoescotland.org
