Seeking PaddleAbility Tutors

Experienced working people with disabilities? 

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced paddlesport coaches, leaders or guides who are interested in sharing their skills and experience of working with paddlers with a disability to become a tutor of the  BCAB PaddleAbility Module.


Why become a Module Tutor?

  1. Make a difference: Share your knowledge and skills to inspire and develop others. 
  2. Give back to the paddling community: Help grow and strengthen paddlesports in Scotland. 
  3. Stay at the forefront of the sport: Keep your knowledge and skills up-to-date. 
  4. Join a supportive network: Connect with other passionate paddlers and professionals. 


What does it take?

  1. Paddlesport experience: Hold a relevant BCAB qualification and have extensive experience of working with paddlers with a disability. 
  2. Passion for teaching: Be enthusiastic about sharing your knowledge and supporting others in their development. 


How do I become a Tutor?

The application window is open from 1st - 22nd April (0900). Successful applicants will be invited to an orientation event where you'll receive guidance and support from experienced trainers (date tbc).
