Paddle Scotland Scholarship Funding to Support Instructor and Coach Qualification Costs

September 27, 2024

With investment from sportscotland, we are offering funding to support members pursuing regulated paddlesport qualifications, such as SUP Instructor, Paddlesport Instructor, Coach, or Performance Coach.

The initiative aims to promote Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion while addressing the coaching needs in rural and remote communities across Scotland.

We welcome applications from individuals or groups with (or working with) under-represented characteristics, including people with disabilities, those from ethnically diverse backgrounds, marginalised or disadvantaged groups, and those from remote areas. Women and young people under 18 are also a key focus. Applicants must be Paddle Scotland members living and working in Scotland. Applications are due on the 21st of each month and can be submitted via the JustGo platform.
