If you are a member of an SCA Affiliated Club, you are an SCA Club Associate.
This means that you are insured for recognised sessions and activities of the club; you will not be insured if you paddle at other times.
If you want to take part in paddling activities outside of those organised by your club, we urge you to purchase your own SCA membership which will give you peace of mind that you are protected and covered for all the paddling you do.
Insurance is just one reason to join the SCA, to find out more about our work to support paddling, membership benefits and discounts, and other reasons why you should join us, click here. Note Club Associates are not insured for any instructing, coaching or leading.

Day membership is available to purchase online through JustGo for all relevant events it applies to. and provides civil liability insurance cover for the individual while they take part in the specific event for which the Day membership has been purchased.
