British Canoeing Awarding Body is pleased to launch the Introduction to Equality, Diversity and Inclusion eLearning, which is FREE for the paddling community. The module gives learners an insight into a range of topics, with interactive activities and resources throughout the module. Learners will also be signposted to further information about specific topics, such as LGBTQ+ inclusion and engaging more women and girls. 

We encourage anyone from the paddling community who wants to improve their knowledge to complete the eLearning, as it's suitable for all, regardless of your involvement! Everyone benefits from a greater understanding about these topics and how we can all work to create a more equal, diverse and inclusive sport.

The eLearning will count as 5 CPD points for Instructors, Coaches, Leaders and Guides.
