GET IN TOUCH

Getting back into Coaching & Leadership after Lockdown

June 30, 2020

Come and join us to chat through the practicalities of getting back into paddlesport coaching or leading after this forced time off the water.

A chance to think about how to deal with a new way of working, exploring things such as group size/composition, physical distancing, travel/shuttles, cleaning etc.  Come together and share/check your ideas with others to support, plan and reflect on your return.

Maybe you are looking forwards to getting back into Coaching or Leading? or maybe feeling a little apprehensive about how it’s all going to work? or you might already have made the first steps and would like to share your thoughts?  Everyone is welcome to come along for support, or to bring your questions and ideas to share.

These are online sessions conducted over zoom.
