What you require to play Exercise Bing
- A clear space you can move around in without hitting anything (Garden/Living room)
- A random number generator app (if you do not have access to an app, write all the numbers from 1 to 30 on a bit of paper then cut each number up individually and place them in a cup).
- Make your own Bingo Cards (feel free to make your own at home!) – divide a blank piece of paper into 16 boxes, and pick 16 numbers between 1 and 30
- You can use a Bingo Card App to do this too. Click here for an example app.
- Stop Watch – This can be a phone or a stop watch
