Free Cycle Training in the Grandtully area

July 10, 2023

Thanks to a grant from Cycling Scotland, SCA members and their friends & families are being offered the opportunity to sign up for free cycle training.

The private or group (up to 6 people) sessions are available in the area local to the SCA campsite at Grandtully Station Park, including Aberfeldy and Pitlochry.

This is the perfect opportunity to gain confidence cycling on the road in order to use bikes for your paddling shuttle, rather than relying on multiple cars and thereby reducing your carbon footprint.

It is also a fun and useful activity for non-paddling members of your family or group to take part in while others are out for a paddle in the area. The sessions are suitable for children as long as one parent/guardian is present for the training session.

The sessions are arranged directly with a trainer, meaning they can be scheduled for a time, date and location that suits you over the summer months.

Please fill in this registration form to book your session. Our trainers will then contact you to arrange a convenient time. If do not have your own bike let us know as we have bikes available to loan out for these sessions.

If you have any questions, please get in touch at hello@canoescotland.org.
