All Paddle Scotland members can attend the meeting. Voting Members who can not or do not wish to attend may still vote in advance by proxy (full details below).
This year's AGM holds particular significance because it will be conducted in line with our new Articles of Association approved at last week's General Meeting.
The meeting will include a number of resolutions - to elect up to five new Board directors, to approve past minutes and to receive the annual report and the Company's accounts.
AGM Ordinary Business
Full candidate information on each of the members standing for election to the Board can be found in the 'Candidate Profiles'. Please take the time to familiarise yourself with the profiles of all candidates standing for election so that you may make an informed decision and help our goal of increasing diversity and representation on the Paddle Scotland Board.
May we emphasise the importance of respect throughout this election process, during which all nominees should be treated equally, fairly and kindly.
Proxy Voting
Any Paddle Scotland member who is eligible to vote but unable to attend may submit a proxy vote in advance. Full instructions on how to do so can be found on the 'Registration & Voting Instructions' document below. Selecting the Chair of the meeting as your proxy ensures your vote will automatically be counted as the meeting will always have a Chair. The Chair is not able to alter or amend your submitted vote.
