Access Concern: River Averon - submerged bridge

Location: Alness River, Nat Grid NH636727, what3words foresight.inclines.shades
We have recently been advised of an access concern at the above location (Highlands). The bridge about 1km up from the Struie Road, as you can see from the photos, at this level 0.85 it is a very high risk as it is partly submerged.
